HOW DO I ORDER?

Examples of all our makes can be found on the website, Instagram or Facebook. Just contact us if you see something there you like that you would like us to make for you. Bear in mind that the fabric choices may not be the same as what you see pictured.
Bear in mind, PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE. Postage will range from £1.50 upwards, depending on order size and weight.
WHERE ARE THE PRICES?
As all our clothing is bespoke and made to order, from different types of fabric, in various designs, and at various costs to 'Made with love by Mammy' - it's hard to come up with a concrete price list.
We are working on putting together pricing guides for you, which will be shared on all our pages when they are ready. In the mean time please feel free to contact me with your enquiry and we can give you a definite price for the exact item you are after.
Prices for CSPs (cloth sanitary pads) make up remover pads, breast pads and face cloths are provided on our Eco products page.

Postage will be calculated based on the size and weight of the order. Average postage for make up remover pads/breast pads is around £1.50
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
If you are local, cash is fine. Or if preferred, Paypal or bank transfer also works. Details of this can be discussed when ordering.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
With hand made clothing - no two items are the same. Some small 'quirks', 'differences', perhaps perceived 'imperfections' are to be expected as each item is handmade by just one person. These 'acceptable flaws' will not affect the use, general appearance or wearing of your items.
If there are any problems with your order due to our error, we will accept returns and then offer either a full refund or replace/mend your product.
With cloth sanitary pads and make up remover pads, once used cannot be returned for mending. Please do contact us if there are problems though and we will do our best to resolve any problems, including providing a replacement product.
It is important that you read and follow the care instructions provided with your order, as if there are issues resulting from incorrect washing and drying - we are not obliged to offer refund or replacement.
